"I am a relatively new reader of Ms. Dorce’s writings, however, I was impressed how her books drop you right in the middle of the action from page one. I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It exceeded my expectations. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's the first book in a long time that I couldn't stop reading until I got to the end. What an entertaining ride. It had me on the edge of my seat, steadily turning the pages. There were so many plot twists and turns I couldn't stop until I saw what happened next. Lots of action, full of excitement, suspense, twists and turns at every corner and plenty of close calls for Zack Monstar and his friends. The story is well-plotted, the characters well-developed. I enjoyed Elijah, Sleepy and Kman. I found each compelling. I can see this story as a made for TV/small screen movie. I'm looking forward to the next Diane Dorce book to be released, hopefully a sequel. And in the meantime, I started reading her first novel, Devil in the Mist. l plan to sample all of her work."
