I have struggled with weight loss since I was a child. I tried almost every single diet made by all the guru’s. I went from weighing 205 pounds at five foot 7 inches to 156 pounds in one year. "The ratings with 5 stars must be from friends or family. I was very disappointed when I received this tiny book with large print and very little information about Keto and IF. The book is mainly recipes of which I would never make myself. It gives very little information about the ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting. The entire book can be read in about 5-10 minutes. It states "The complete guide for beginners" which is misleading. I downloaded a free app that gives more information on IF then this book. Total waste of money IMO."

  • Not very helpful and scientific. I guess if you need recipes it’s worth it but the knowledge was very very basic.
  • From the author “If you are upset about this please don’t blame me but blame the fact that society is all about money and even if you pay for something there is always a catch.”

    Extremely unprofessional. The writer wants to sell you a book, for money, and could have hired a photographer to take photos granting permission for usage. Instead, the writer throws a legal business model under the bus because the basic concepts of ‘copyright’ and ‘usage’ were not understood. I agree with the writer when said that it was a rookie mistake, but why make such a dramatic statement? If you feel the book was better with images then hire a photographer, even perhaps a newbie photographer.

  • As someone who has been on and off keto for a few years, this book was really helpful. It provides the typical, but well written, meal and snack recipes, but it also provides the science behind keto and intermittent fasting. It was super helpful and extremely easy to read.
  • This book goes into great detail about the science behind how diabetes works and the necessary steps one should take to clean out your pantry and start eating right. Eating right starts with Ketogenic diet which will work far better than any other diet and this diet will provide you with great results. This book is a great read to get you on the right track and then keeps you there with healthy and delicious recipes to enjoy.
  • This book was a perfect simplification of the basis of insulin function, diabetes, and how to get onto the ketogenic diet. The recipes were very creative with flavors and ingredients and easy to make!

  • Great read for someone trying to cut their daily consumption of carbs. I loved that there were recipes included for breakfast, lunch, dinner and it even threw in some snacks that you could eat as well. Overall great read and would highly recommend.
